Help keep the Amsterdamsch Gala Ball affordable
The Amsterdamsch Gala Ball is a unique experience. Standard tickets for similar balls within or outside the Netherlands cost at least 100 euros. We want to stay well below this, so that guests with a modest budget can also experience a wonderful evening. The ball should be a celebration and meeting for all walks of life. Will you help us with this?
Your financial contribution makes it possible
- A large and dazzling live orchestra, with the perfect repertoire for a dance gala.
- An opening dance with students from all over the Netherlands, trained by our own Niek Koopmeiners and provided with gala attire that is usually missing from the student wardrobe.
- Introducing young people/students to (classical) music and culture: we have a reduced entrance fee for everyone under the age of 30.
- Boosting the love for ballroom dancing – together we will put ballroom dancing back on the map for a large audience.

Friend of the Amsterdamsch Gala Ball
For an annual donation of 100 euros you become a Friend of the Amsterdamsch Gala Ball. As a thank you, we will provide you with a welcome drink for two persons. And after the ball, you will receive a delicious Amsterdam souvenir to take home from us. Ambassador of the Amsterdamsch Gala Ball
Annual donation: 250 euros. As a thank you, you will receive a private dance lesson from Niek Koopmeiners, co-organizer of the ball and dancer at a high level. This will take place on the date and location of your choice (in consultation). You will also receive a welcome drink for two persons. And after the ball, take home a delicious Amsterdam souvenir. Business sponsor
The Amsterdamsch Gala Ball is an event that you can show off.
