Would you like to arrive at the ball in style? This is possible! In addition to your ball ticket, you can book transport in this beautiful carriage from national heritage the Hollandsche Manage (riding school) near the Vondelpark to De Duif on the Prinsengracht.
Starting point: Hollandsche Manege
For visitors to our Ballroom Club, it’s a familiar location: national heritage the Hollandsche Manege near the Vondelpark. It’s a truly stylish place to gather in your gala attire. Explore the historic stables, the tack room, or the beautiful office with memorabilia from the riding school’s past. Or enjoy a drink in the cozy foyer on the first floor, where the Ballroom Club meets monthly. You’re welcome at the riding school from 6:00 PM. The carriage departs for De Duif at 6:30 PM.
The carriage
The carriage transport will be provided by the highly experienced coachman Jacob van den Broek. For this occasion, he will appear with a luxurious carriage for 16 people, drawn by two horses. At the stables, he will help you and the other passengers board, and then you will depart at 6:30 PM for a wonderful tour through beautiful Amsterdam. After about half an hour, the carriage will arrive at De Duif, perfectly in time for the start of the ball.
Practical information
- Cost: 47,50 euros per person. Please note: you also need an entry ticket to the ball.
